Went in today to get some information on a storage building since my daughter stores at this location and them ladies in that office were down right amazing they had great personalities they worked well as a team and answered all my questions with a smile on their face I couldnt have asked for better they even opened the door for an old feller like me. Id give em 10 stars if I could

Had a wonderful experience renting a storage unit from Iron Guard Storage because of the Assistant Manager, Dianna Rogers. She was very pleasent, professional, and knowledgeable.

They are very serious about security. Well lit at night, very clean. Now the staff they are very friendly and professional and all the rules apply equally. Will definitely go there if I need storage again!

Five stars are not enough. They deserve more but that is not an option. This place has INCREDIBLE customer service. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the staff, the prices, cleanliness and the quality of the units. Morgan and April are not only knowledgeable and thorough, they are friendly and welcoming as well.
I have read the negative reviews and would like to point out that it is not Iron Guard's fault that due diligence was not pursued by the prospective/former/current tenants. The website in fact states that TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY and that you are to inquire about said "terms and conditions". I urge everyone to give your business to this Iron Guard location. You will not be disappointed.

Ive been at iron guard for about 2 years now and I love it here. And also the manager Morgan Keith shes friendly and very professional. I highly recommend the if anyone wants to store I recommend this place.

I have used this facility for 3 or 4 years.
Since Iron Guard took over, and Daniel became the Manager, I have noticed maintence and repairs have auctually been taken care of. The communication skills are much better than the previous owners, and I feel like my belongings are safer now.
The facility is monitored, by the Manager. And is in a respectable neighborhood.
Lots of outside vehicle storage, and large side units with door access.
I am very pleased with the new Management.

The people here a amazing... I had a great experience with them. If you need a storage unit this is definitely a great with awesome people. If I need a storage again I will come back
