Great place for storage. 24/7 access with gated security, cameras etc. Staff is friendly. Location(s) are close & convenient. Lot is spacious. Prices very competitive.

The company called to update our billing information which we gladly gave them and in the process they cancelled the insurance we purchased for our unit. We had damage from a mouse and mold on things. The insurance company won't help because it shows a lapse as they didn't add it back. The storage unit won't take any responsibility for incorrectly updating the info and for not keeping our unit as we signed up for it. Spoke with Ron and he informed us that there was no recourse for this, even though it was their fault for not correctly doing their job.
